Maria or Milk Cookies (1 pack)400 g
Milk500 ml
Condensed Milk (1 box)1 unit(s)
Gems4 unit(s)
Sour cream (can)1 unit(s)
Chocolate Powder2 tablespoon

In a pan over medium heat, place the yolks, condensed milk, milk and stir constantly until it becomes a cream.
In a refractory, break the cookies, pour the cream and stir so that the cream involves all the pieces of cookie.
Refrigerate for 1 hour
Prepare the ganache by mixing the cream and the chocolate powder in a pan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until creamy.
Pour over the wafer with the cream. Return to the fridge for another 1 hour and it's ready to serve.
