- Recipe
- cornstarch4 tablespoon
- chocolate powder6 tablespoon
- 1 yolk1 g
- milk1 l
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Heavy cream1 can(s)
- Mix the cornstarch, chocolate, egg yolk and gradually add the milk, stirring constantly
- Add condensed milk and mix well
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until it thickens
- Remove from the heat, add the Heavy cream and mix until the cream is homogenized.
- Place in the fridge for 1 hour.
