- Chocolate for the ganache and 2 cream to taste

- white cream Mix everything still cold in a pan and stir until it starts to thicken. fruit jelly Mix everything in a pan over low heat until the fruit starts to break down. ganache Melt the chocolate in the cream. Now it's time to assemble the dessert. At the bottom of the platter the ganache (hint: you can put chocolate cake along with the ganache) On top of the ganache the white cream and finally the glacier. You can decorate with whipped cream and sigh.
