- Wheat flour2 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Milk200 ml
- Sugar for syrup2 cup
- Pineapple cut into slices1 unit(s)
- In a blender, place the eggs, butter, milk and wheat flour.
- Beat well and finally add the yeast.
- In a shape, put the sugar and take it to the bain-marie to melt until it turns into a caramel
- After cooling, place the pineapple slices on the bottom, and pour the mixture on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
