- Milk/glass1/2 cup
- Onion / cut into slices1 unit(s)
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Clean the liver and cut into strips
- In a bowl, place the liver, milk and salt (to taste) and leave it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a skillet, drain the milk and place the liver and onion in the hot oil, stirring constantly until the liver is tender.
- Milk makes the liver soft and takes away the bad smell.
