- White rice2 cup
- Carioquinha beans300 g
- Contra-filet or rump in 1-inch thick steaks2 unit(s)
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Chopped garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Season the steaks with garlic, salt and pepper. Let it rest for half an hour.
- In a frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the steaks for 2 minutes on each side. Reserve.
- In the same frying pan, heat more oil and fry the eggs with salt. I like it with a runny yolk.
- Serve the steaks with eggs on top and garnishes of white rice and beans (recipes already published), French fries and a salad.
