- Raw Linguine300 g
- Mozzarella or Parmesan200 g
- Sour cream300 ml
- Milk100 ml
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Olive oil1 to taste
- Water to heat and salt, put on the overalls and leave aldente with a white dot in the middle, turn off and remove from the water.
- In the pan put the onion cut into cubes let it like a little bit. Put the cream, milk, margarine and let it come to a boil. Purée in a blender until smooth, count the cream into the pan and add the cheese until melted. If it gets too thick, just add a little more milk. reserve
- Cut the tomato into cubes, place in another very hot frying pan with olive oil and let it toast.
- Assemble the plate: with a large tongs, take a little of the overalls, with the help of your hand, turn the noodles and place them on the plate. Throw the sauce on top and the tomatoes.
