- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Coriander to taste

- Chicken broth1 unit(s)
- Cook the chicken breast in water with all the seasonings. Reserve the cooking broth
- Shred the chicken breast. Reserve
- In a pan, sauté the onion, garlic and pepper in butter.
- Add the chicken to the stir-fry and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add half of the chicken cooking broth and let it simmer.
- Gradually add the cornmeal, mixing well to avoid lumps.
- In a well greased with oil, spread the boiled egg and tomato cut into slices.
- Arrange the dough in the form, pressing lightly to compact
