  • Shredded chicken breast500 g
  • Heavy cream1 can(s)
  • Cottage cheese200 g
  • Green corn1 can(s)
  • Grated mozzarella to taste
  • Straw potato100 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Curry to taste
  • Dehydrated onion to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Parsley to taste
  • Chives to taste
  1. Cook the chicken breasts in water and then shred or briefly pulse in the food processor.
  2. Place the chicken in a bowl with the Heavy cream, cottage cheese, curry, salt, black pepper, parsley, chives and dry seasonings.
  3. Add the green corn. Mix well.
  4. Place the chicken cream in a baking dish and cover with plenty of grated mozzarella.
  5. Bake at 200°C until browned.
  6. Remove from the oven and cover with straw potatoes.
  7. Enjoy!
