- To prepare the chicken you will need a rectangular shape of approximately 40cm and aluminum foil.
- Preheat the oven to 180º. Open the corn cans, remove all the liquid and fill each can with milk. In a large container place the two pots of cottage cheese, also add the corn with the milk and mix well until it becomes a homogeneous cream.
- Pass the chicken fillets in the onion cream (on both sides). Place half of the fillets in the form. Add half of the prepared cream and spread with a spoon.
- Detach the other half of the chicken. Add the remaining cream on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
- Remove the foil and increase the oven to 220º and leave for 5 to 8 minutes just to brown.
