- Mayonnaise3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- White Cabbage200 g
- Black Pepper to taste
- Olive to taste
- Chives to taste
- Red Cabbage200 g
- Cottage cheese1 unit(s)
- Corn1 can(s)
- Make very thin strips with the white and purple cabbage and then use the knife to cut well.
- Transfer to a large bowl and add: the olives, the green corn and the green onion, mixing well.
- For the sauce, add the cream cheese, salt, mayonnaise and black pepper to a small bowl, stirring well to combine the ingredients.
- Pour this sauce into the bowl with the cabbages, and, to combine, stir well. Taste and adjust the salt if needed.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve, or serve right away and enjoy this wonderful coleslaw!
