- Black-eyed peas200 g
- Chopped iceberg lettuce1 unit(s)
- Grated carrot1 unit(s)
- Balsamic vinegar to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive Oil to taste

- Place the black-eyed peas in a pressure cooker with boiling water. Cover.
- After gaining pressure, reduce the heat and cook for 10 minutes.
- Drain and reserve.
- In a bowl, place the drained tuna, grated carrot and chopped lettuce.
- Add the cold cooked black-eyed peas.
- Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
- When serving, season to taste with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
