- Vinegar100 g
- Sugar25 g
- Salt10 g
- Optional (dry seasonings) to taste
- Airtight pot1 unit(s)
- First boil a pot for 15 minutes and leave it to dry on an upside down rack.
- Separate the flowers however you want and wipe them with a damp cloth if they are dirty.
- Prepare the pickle by boiling water, vinegar, salt and sugar in a pan.
- After boiling, let it cool before adding it to the pot along with the flowers and spices if you wish to add
- Cover the pot with the lid and vacuum it by placing it in boiling water for 5 minutes with the water level up to 1/3 of it.
- Then run an inverted water bath with cold water and ice to keep the lid on.
