- Salt to taste
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Red wine500 ml
- Parsley to taste
- Marjoram to taste

- First, cut the octopus into pieces approximately two fingers wide; In a medium pan, sauté the chopped onion and finely chopped garlic in a drizzle of olive oil. Add the bay leaf and cook until the onion is transparent.
- Add the octopus and season with salt. On low heat,
- cover the ingredients with the wine; stir a little carefully and let it cook until the octopus cooks and creates a sauce. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley. Serve with fresh bread and white rice
- Tip: Don't let it fry too much so it doesn't get chewy.
