  • Pink shrimp200 g
  • Seven Beard Shrimp500 g
  • Heavy cream1 can(s)
  • Ketchup2 tablespoon
  • Mustard1 tablespoon
  • Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon
  • Cognac50 ml
  • Champignon1 cup
  • Olive Oil5 tablespoon
  • Chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped garlic cloves2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. In a pan, heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the prawns until they turn pink.
  2. Reserve.
  3. In the same pan, add two more tablespoons of olive oil and fry the onion and garlic.
  4. Return the prawns to the pan and pour in the brandy, letting them flambe.
  5. Add the Heavy cream, ketchup, mustard and English sauce.
  6. Keep stirring until it starts to boil.
  7. Add the mushrooms, salt and black pepper, stir well and let it boil over low heat for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve with white rice and straw or fried potatoes.
