- Beat the egg and sugar with a whisk.
- Add the milk and beat too.
- Add the flour little by little and continue beating.
- Add the yeast and mix lightly.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat with a little butter.
- Add a ladle of dough and let it bubble.
