- Milk (skimmed use)125 ml
- Oil160 g
- Sugar185 g
- Unleavened Wheat Flour190 g
- Corn Starch (Maizena)60 g
- Chemical Baking Powder15 g
- Chocolate chips (optional)50 g
- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- Grease and flour a mold of about 24 cm with a hole.
- Beat the eggs, oil, milk, bananas and sugar in a blender.
- Transfer this mixture to a bowl, then sift in the flour and starch. Homogenize slowly with a whisk and, finally, sieve the yeast, incorporating slowly.
- Pour the batter into the pan, distribute the chocolate chips and bake for 25 minutes or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean. Enjoy your food!
