- Heavy cream1 can(s)
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Oil1 cup
- Grated Parmesan50 g
- Milk1 l
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Chemical yeast1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Bacon broth1 unit(s)
- Blend the pepperoni with the Heavy cream in a food processor until everything is evenly ground.
- Mix the corn and peas with the pepperoni and set aside.
- In a blender, beat the eggs, oil, bacon broth, grated cheese, salt and pepper with half the milk.
- Add a cup of flour and beat well.
- Add a little more milk and the rest of the flour little by little without stopping beating.
- Add the rest of the milk little by little until the dough is semi-liquid.
- Add the yeast and beat some more.
- In a baking dish greased with margarine and floured, pour half of the dough.
- Next, spread the pepperoni filling all over the pan.
- Cover with the rest of the dough and sprinkle with oregano.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 40 minutes.

- It can also be made with chicken, heart of palm, tuna, sardines, cheese and ham with tomato, ground meat or the filling of your choice.
