- wheat flour600 g
- bread yeast2 unit(s)
- oil3 tablespoon
- salt1 teaspoon
- sugar1 tablespoon
- warm water2 cup
- chopped ham150 g
- chopped mozzarella150 g
- egg yolk for brushing1 unit(s)
- fine herbs for sprinkling to taste
- In a container put the yeast and sugar until liquid, add the oil, water and salt
- Add the flour little by little until it forms a soft dough.
- Let rest for 20 minutes
- With the help of a rolling pin open the dough and stuff it, cut it to the desired size, place it in a greased and floured baking dish.
- Brush the egg yolk and sprinkle the fine herbs over the dough.
- Bake in preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes or until golden
