- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- In a skillet put the butter and tomato sauce
- After about 3 minutes add the egg and cover the skillet.
- When the egg starts to cook, add the mozzarella, oregano and salt.
- Cover again to melt the mozzarella and serve.
