- Cooked black beans300 g
- Smoked sausage5 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped Garlic5 unit(s)
- Chopped Chives to taste
- Salt to taste
- Smoked paprika to taste
- Saffron to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Leek to taste
- Cooking beans in the pressure cooker
- After cooking, wait for it to cool down and put the cooked beans, chopped onion, chopped garlic and chopped chives in the blender.
- Purée in a blender until it turns into a homogeneous cream.
- In a frying pan or in the air-fryer, place the smoked sausages cut into thin slices.
- In a pan put a thread of olive oil, garlic and add the bean broth.
- Add the smoked paprika, saffron, salt and sausages.
- Stir well over low heat, if it gets too thick add water little by little.
- Finish with the parsley and the leek cut into thin slices.
