- Bacon150 g
- Smoked ribs5 unit(s)
- Olive Oil5 tablespoon
- Boiling water2 l
- Parsley to taste
- Chives to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

- Peel the potatoes and cut into smaller pieces. Cook in salted water until they soften well.
- Drain the water and mash the potatoes with a fork or use a juicer.
- Reserve.
- In a large casserole, heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic.
- Add the sliced pepperoni and chopped bacon, frying until golden.
- Add the ribs and sauté briefly.
- Bring the water to boil and mix.
- Add the mashed potatoes and leave to cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Chop the cabbage into very fine strips and add to the boil.
- Adjust the salt and pepper.
- If necessary, leave to boil until the desired creaminess is reached.
- Help yourself! I add a few drops of pepper sauce and a drizzle of olive oil to the bowl, accompanied by some fresh French bread.
