- broccoli500 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- warm milk800 ml
- Salt to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Clean the broccoli, separate into florets, cook quickly in salted water and set aside.
- Now In a pan put a spoon of olive oil and the butter to heat.
- Add 2 large minced garlic cloves and when the aroma rises add the wheat flour and mix until you get a light toast
- Gradually add the warm milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of nutmeg. Reserve
