- Oat flour2 cup
- Dose of Chocolate Flavored Whey Protein1 unit(s)
- Honey2 tablespoon
- Black raisin1 cup
- Chia seed3 tablespoon
- 70% dark chocolate100 g
- In a large bowl, place the peanut butter and eggs and mix well.
- Add the oatmeal, whey and honey and mix everything together.
- Add the chia, raisins and half of the chopped chocolate.
- With your hands, mix everything and set aside.
- Grease a rectangular pan with a little butter and oatmeal.
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 °
- Place the dough in the mold and distribute evenly.
- Put the other half of the chopped chocolate
- Bake for about 10 minutes
- Wait for it to cool and unmold
- Cut in the shape of bars
