- Milk2 l
- Shredded Coconut200 g
- Sugar1 cup
- Cinnamon stick to taste
- Cloves to taste
- In a container, soak the hominy corn for approximately three hours.
- After that, put the hominy corn with water, sugar, cloves and cinnamon in a pressure cooker, let it get pressure and cook for approximately 20 minutes.
- Once cooked, add the milk, condensed milk, coconut milk and grated coconut.
- Let it boil until it thickens, and that's it, just serve.
