- Sour cream200 g
- In the blender, beat the oil with the chopped carrots and gradually add the eggs. Beat well and add the sugar and beat some more.
- In a bowl, place the sifted wheat flour, the yeast and add and beat gradually with the help of a fouet until all the ingredients are incorporated.
- Grease a mold with oil and flour it with wheat. Pour the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180Ā° until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- To cover, place the chopped chocolate in a glass container and microwave every 5 seconds, stirring until the chocolate dissolves. Add the cream and mix well.
- Unmold the warm cake and cover with the icing.
