- Maizena Biscuit215 g
- In the mixer, until obtaining a creamy consistency: - 200g unsalted butter - 1 cup of sugar
- Adds: - 1 can of whey-free cream Beat until it forms a curdled mixture. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Make a ganache. To melt: - 1 chocolate bar (break it to make it easier) in a bain-marie or microwave
- Add: - 1/2 can of sour cream
- Remove the cream from the fridge and hit the mixer again until it forms a homogeneous cream.
- Mounting: 👨🍳 Use a round pan with removable side (you can do it directly on the cake plate and use only the side edge
- Interleave layers of: - cream - cornstarch biscuit soaked in milk Assemble the layers until the cream is finished. Remove the side of the formwork. Decorate the side with cornstarch cookies. Finish by putting the chocolate ganache
- Leave in the fridge for 3 hours
