- D.Benta lemon flavor cake dough box. (You can use the brand of your preference, let it be lemon flavor).1 unit(s)
- Natural yogurt170 g
- Oil (I used the yogurt cup for measuring).170 g
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Lemon flavored gelatin1 unit(s)
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- FOR THE TOPPING - Can of condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Lemon juice2 unit(s)
- Lemon zest for garnish to taste
- CAKE PREPARATION 1• Place the yogurt, eggs and oil in a blender. 2• Add the gelatin and the ready-made cake batter and mix well. 3• Add the yeast and beat just a little until all the ingredients are mixed. 4• Place in a greased shape with margarine and sprinkled with wheat. 5• Bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 min (15 min on high and 15 min on medium-high).
- COVERAGE PREPARATION 1• Scrape the lemons and set aside. 2• In a bowl, mix the condensed milk well with the lemon juice. 3• Cover the cake with the icing. 4• Sprinkle with lemon zest.
