- Wheat flour2 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Milk1 cup
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- In a bowl, place all the ingredients (except the yeast) and mix well.
- Add the yeast and mix gently
- Pour into a greased and floured tin (I used sugar instead of flour) and bake at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes
