- Sugar2 cup
- Water1 cup
- Melt the sugar until it is a caramel color.
- Add the water to the sugar and let it dissolve until it becomes a syrup.
- Pour the syrup into the pudding mold
- Place the rest of the ingredients in the blender and blend for 10 minutes.
- Add the ingredients of the blender to the mold already with the syrup and take it in a bain-marie to the oven for 60 minutes or until solidified.
