- Noble semisweet chocolate (or milk, if you want a sweeter taste)180 g
- Good quality fresh cream400 g
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stopping every 30 seconds to stir it, until completely melted. Beat the fresh cream for 3 to 4 minutes in the mixer on high speed, until it is very creamy (like whipped cream). Mix the chocolate with the freshly beaten cream until it forms a homogeneous cream. Refrigerate for two hours and serve.
