- Sugar1 cup
- Water1 cup
- Beat the eggs, milk and condensed milk in a blender, and set aside.
- Make the syrup. Place the sugar in a pan and place over a medium heat, stirring little by little until everything is melted, then add the water and stir until everything is melted.
- Pour the syrup into the mold and the blender mixture and then cover with aluminum foil.
- Cook in a bain-marie for 20 minutes. When cool, put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours, just unmold and enjoy.
