- In the mixer, beat the eggs (which must be at room temperature) on high speed until doubled in volume for at least 5 minutes.
- Add the sugar and continue beating until it forms a very fluffy and voluminous cream. Turn off the mixer.
- Gradually add the cornstarch and stir slowly with a whisk or fork. If you like you can add lemon or orange zest.
- Grease a mold with margarine and sprinkle with sugar. Put the dough and take it to the oven (180 to 200 degrees) for 35 minutes.
- Unmold warm or cold.
