- Condensed milk395 g
- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- Milk (same measure as the box of condensed milk)395 g

- Guava300 g
- Milk2 cup
- egg whites3 unit(s)
- Sugar5 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Cream 1: in a pan mix the condensed milk, the milk (the same measure as the box of condemned milk), the yolks and the corn starch, bring to the fire, always stirring after boiling for 1 minute and turn off the heat. Place in the refractory and let it cool
- Cream 2: in a blender, beat the guava paste and milk together. Place over the already cold cream 1 on the platter with the help of the spoon so as not to mix the creams as shown in the video above
- Cream 3: beat the egg whites then mix the sugar and the cream. Place over cream 2 in the same way as before with the help of a spoon
- Cover and place in the freezer for 5 hours before serving.
