- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Oil3/4 cup
- Vanilla Extract1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream200 g
- Milk for syrup1 cup
- whipped cream1 cup
- Strawberry to taste
- In a mixer, beat the eggs and sugar for 3 minutes at maximum speed, until it triples in volume.
- Add the vanilla, oil, flour and milk and beat until the flour dissolves.
- Add the yeast, mix and transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet.
- Take to bake in preheated oven at 180C° for approximately 40 minutes or until baked.
- Develop the cake still hot and make small holes with the help of a barbecue skewer or fork.
- Calda: in a bowl mix condensed milk, cream and milk.
- Water the cake with the syrup little by little, waiting for the liquid to be absorbed, until you add all the syrup.
- When the syrup is completely absorbed into the cake, refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight, until well chilled.
- When the cake is well chilled, beat the whipped cream and cover the cake. Decorate with strawberries. Serve chilled.
