Ripe bananas (silver or nanica)4 unit(s)
Cinnamon Powder1 tablespoon
Pinch of salt to taste
Wheat or oat flour2 cup
Yeast1 tablespoon

Beat the eggs, sugar, oil, cinnamon, salt and 3 bananas in a blender
Transfer to a bowl add the flour, baking powder and mix enough to incorporate
Grease a mold with butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, place a sliced banana
Pour the dough into the mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180°, after 35 min do the toothpick test
