- Acerola3 cup
- Girl Finger Pepper Seeds1/2 cup
- For every cup of acerola pulp, 1 cup of sugar1 cup
- Water2 cup
- Wash the acerola, remove the green stalk (it can make the jelly bitter), put it on the fire in a pan with the two cups of water and leave it on the fire until the acerola melts. After that, pass acerola through a sieve, preferably a coarse sieve so you can only remove the seeds. Bring the pulp with sugar and the pepper seeds to the fire again. Cover the pan and leave on low heat for 40 minutes to 1 hour. Once ready, let it cool, put it in a glass jar and store it in the fridge. Serve with toast, bread and crackers. Enjoy your food
