- Milk1 can(s)
- Egg Yolk2 unit(s)
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Unflavored gelatin2 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Whey-free cream1 can(s)
- Egg whites2 unit(s)
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- In the blender, beat the corn with the milk and then sieve it, then put it in a pan along with the yolks and sugar, bring to a low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens (it has the consistency of a soft porridge) and wait for it to cool.
- Take the unflavored gelatin, and throw it directly over the porridge, pouring it like rain and always stirring so that it completely dissolves.
- Then take this dough to another container and put the condensed milk and the cream, mixing very well.
- Soon after the whites in point of snow, incorporate them very well over all the mixture made previously.
- Grease a pudding mold or platter with margarine and cinnamon powder and pour the mixture over it.
- Place in the fridge for about 2 hours until firm.
- Serve right away!😋
