- Water100 ml
- Put the pumpkin to cook for 5 minutes in the Air Fryer at 180°C. In a refractory that fits inside the electric fryer, dissolve the sugar in two fingers of water. Add the cloves and the cooked pumpkin.
- Place the refractory in the Air Fryer again for 5 minutes at the same temperature. Mash the pumpkin, mixing well.
- Return to the Air Fryer for another 5 minutes. Repeat this procedure more times for a sweeter dough. Done!
