- Round cornstarch biscuit to taste
- Dulce de leche to taste
- Popsicle sticks to taste
- Chocolate to taste
- Spread the dulce de leche on one part of the biscuit, fit the popsicle stick and then join with another biscuit.
- Clean the dulce de leche around the biscuit so it doesn't get in the way when bathing. Repeat the process with the desired amount.
- Melt the chocolate and then cool it until it reaches a temperature of 40 or 45 degrees. Or use fractional chocolate frosting so you don't need to temper the chocolate.
- Carefully dip all the alfajores in melted chocolate and place them to dry on an aluminum baking sheet. If you want, throw confectionery over it before it dries.
