- Ingredients
- Recipe
- Gluten-free flour mix11/2 cup
- Corn starch2 cup
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Cold butter cut into cubes120 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Just the right amount of sugar and so light it crumbles in your mouth! Mix the flours and sugar with the cubes of butter. Knead until it forms a thicker flour. Add the beaten eggs. You will have a smooth dough, which must be opened with a rolling pin, or that empty wine bottle 😜 The important thing is to try to make the thickness of all the cookies the same. So one doesn't bake before the other. Bake in medium oven for about 12 minutes. They must be bright. Remove from oven and let cool
- After cooling, fill with dulce de leche. Mine is handmade, made right here on the farm. To make it brown and prevent it from curdling, for every liter of milk you add 250g of sugar and 3g of sodium bicarbonate. Only put the bicarbonate after letting the milk boil, ok?! After that it's just fire, patience and 💪 lol Finished the alfajor with sifted icing sugar and cocoa. Look cute!
