- Coconut milk100 ml
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Shelled blanched almonds1/4 cup
- Shredded Coconut1/4 cup
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Lemon zest2 tablespoon
- Beat all the ingredients in the blender, except the lemon zest.
- Pour into small bowls and place in the freezer for about 2 hours.
- Take about 5 minutes before serving and decorate with almond shavings, coconut and lemon zest!
