- Wheat Flour1/2 cup
- Almond Flour1/2 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Milk1/2 cup
- Baking Powder1 teaspoon
- Raisins80 g
- Flaked Almonds80 g
- The egg white has to beat until it becomes snowy. Reserve. In a bowl put the egg yolk, butter and sugar. Beat to become whitish.
- Add the milk and flour little by little, mixing all the time. Add the egg whites and snow and mix gently. Put the raisins and almonds in the dough. You can leave a little separate to put on top of the Muffin.
- Lastly put the baking powder and mix delicately. Put the dough in the cupcake form and take it to bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
