- Dulce de leche400 g
- Dark chocolate300 g
- Sour cream150 g
- Place the chocolate in the bowl and melt it in a bain-marie.
- Remove from the bain-marie and add the cream at room temperature
- Add the dulce de leche (at room temperature) and mix until all the ingredients are incorporated.
- Let cool for at least 6 hours to fill cakes.
