- Cloves and Cinnamon to taste
- Melt the sugar until it turns caramel, then add the lemon juice, milk and beaten eggs. (I hit everything in the blender)
- Add cloves and cinnamon. (optional) Stir from time to time over low heat, the "right" point depends on everyone's taste.
- I like it more dry so it took a little longer
- And I also prefer more golden, so I let the sugar melt completely.
