- 1 cup of oil1 cup
- 1 cup of coconut milk (or, if you don't have it, use 1 cup of regular milk)1 cup
- 1 cup of sugar1 cup
- 2 and 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour2 cup
- 1 tablespoon of sifted baking powder1 tablespoon
- 1 cup chocolate sprinkles, Butter for greasing1 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat the eggs, coconut milk and oil.
- Then add the sugar and beat a little more until the dough is very homogeneous.
- Gradually add the flour and beat well.
- Transfer the dough to a bowl and mix in the chocolate sprinkles and, finally, the yeast.
- Pour the dough into a mold with the hole in the middle, greased with butter and floured.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for approximately 40 minutes or until the cake is completely baked...
