- Lemon juice1 cup
- Natural yogurt one cup1 cup
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Ground wholemeal toast1 cup
- Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
- Brown sugar3 tablespoon
- Peel the apples and cut into cubes. In a pan, place the apples, lemon juice and a cup of brown sugar. Cover and cook over low heat until soft. Blend the apples and yogurt in a blender, and set aside. in another pan, heat the margarine and add the ground toast. Stir until it forms a crumb. Remove from the heat and mix the brown sugar AND cinnamon powder, place in bowls with a little sweet farofa on top, refrigerate for at least 3 hours and serve chilled
