Em uma tigela bata o ovo, o óleo e o açúcar.Acrescente a banana amassada,a maçã, a uva passa e a canela e misture bem e acrescente a farinha e o fermento . Transfira a massa para uma forma untada (depois de untada polvilhei açúcar e canela,opcional) leve ao forno pré aquecido à 180°c por 40 minutos ou até que esteja devidamente assado.
