- Brown sugar or your favorite1 cup
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Oil1 cup
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Vanilla essence to taste
- lime1 tablespoon
- Peel the apples and reserve the skins. Chop the apples and add lemon juice to keep them from browning.
- Then hit the blender, the apple peels, eggs, oil and sugar.
- Pour the mixture into a container, put the sifted flour, cinnamon and vanilla. Then put the chopped apple and to finish the yeast
- Place in a greased and sprinkled shape with flour mixed with a little sugar and cinnamon. Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
