- 1. In a bowl, mix the sifted dry ingredients, except the baking powder. 2. Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes, and set aside. 3. In a blender, beat the eggs, oil and apple peels. 4. Add the mixture formed from the blender to the dry ingredients and stir gently. 5. Mix and add the yeast and apples to the dough. 6. Put the dough in a greased and floured shape, and bake for approximately 40 minutes, in my oven it took 50 minutes. After baking sprinkle sugar and cinnamon, to your liking.
